FAQ
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 16:00 (self check-in with key safe, code sent 10 days before arrival). Check-out by 10:30. Late check-out can be booked as an extra when available.
Is the apartment suitable for small children?
Yes — cot, high chair and stair gate are included for free. The terrace railing is child-safe; the pool is shared and unfenced, so supervision is needed.
Can I bring a pet?
We’re afraid not — the building doesn’t allow pets in rental units.
Is smoking allowed?
Not inside. On the terrace, please use the ashtray and consider the neighbours.
How does the security deposit work?
€250 is held (not charged) on your card two days before arrival and released within 7 days of check-out.
Do I need a car?
You can walk to the bakery, supermarket and train station, and the beach is a 20-minute walk. For Tavira, golf and day trips a car is recommended.
